In 1897 Ron's great grandfather came to America from Norway. A carpenter by trade he made his way to North Dakota where he started building houses. Pictured here is one of the houses he built in the 1920's.

After he earned a reputation as a quality custom home builder he was asked to build the communities new Lutheran church which is still active and in use today.
Ron’s grandfather was an entrepreneur and builder who made a name for himself in southern California building apartments, condominiums, and homes.

Ron’s father started building houses in 1963 after his high school wood shop teacher recognizing his advanced skills and natural abilities asked him to help with the construction of his new house. He went on to build hundreds of homes from Washington state to right here in Austin and the surrounding areas.

Following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps Ron is an avid entrepreneur starting his first of several business at the age of 20 years old.

With the success of these businesses Ron was able to pursue his passion for building and developing passed down 4 generations.

Ron’s diverse portfolio includes custom homes built in Belvedere, The Meridian, Howard Ranch, Serene Hills, Barton Creek, Lake Travis, etc. as well as commercial developments, such as Nutty Brown Business Park and Darden Hill Business Park.

While these builds range in size and price, all share in the common thread of exceeding the needs and expectations of his clients so that the end product is the home of their dreams.
